FAQ's

What's included with the cost?
With each booking, you will receive a canvas to paint, a chance to take photos at the selfie booth, and loads of fun whether it's playing Friendly Feud, doing karaoke, or winning a round of trivia. Guests are invited to bring their own food and drink for their personal enjoyment. Event bookings will indicate if alcohol is prohibited. W.O.W. Paint & Party does not serve, sell, or provide alcohol.
What if I'm late for my event?
Guests should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled event. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be able to participate in the event.
What if I can't make it to the event and I've already paid? May I have a refund?
We do apologize, but we are unable to offer refunds. Please plan to attend once your reservation fee is paid. If for any reason (such as power outage, severe inclement weather, local/national emergency) an event is canceled, you will be allowed to reschedule within 60 days of the original reservation.

ALCOHOL

W.O.W. Paint & Party is a BYOB experience. Please have a good time, while being mindful that everyone may not be consuming alcohol. Drink responsibly.

All painting events permitting alcohol are strictly limited to participants aged 21 and older. We appreciate your cooperation.

We do not sell alcohol. W.O.W. Paint & Party does not sell, serve, or distribute alcohol. Alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by law.

Please note: Consumption of alcohol is at the sole discretion of the individual and W.O.W. Paint & Party takes no responsibility or shall be held liable for any action taken by a person under the influence of alcohol or any other substances before, during or after participation in any of our events.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

W.O.W. Paint & Party is not responsible for any damage or theft that may happen to your personal property. This is an art studio, there is paint everywhere! Acrylic paint will stain clothing and objects such as jewelry, phones, etc. We will provide you with an apron for your experience. Aprons may not provide full coverage of your garments.

We suggest purses/handbags and all personal items be secured prior to entering W.O.W Paint & Party. W.O.W. Paint & Party will not be responsible for any items that are brought into the event facility. Secure storage will not be provided.

By booking, reserving and attending an event at W.O.W. Paint & Party, you agree to hold W.O.W. Paint & Party harmless from any liability due to your own personal negligence or carelessness.

PERSONAL INJURY

W.O.W. Paint & Party is not responsible for any accident or injury to you inside or outside of the studio. You and your guests are solely responsible for any accident/injury that may occur.

RESERVATION POLICY

We are unable to accommodate additional guests who have not reserved a seat, even if they are accompanying a paying attendee. Each participant must have a paid reservation to attend.
