Our events are fully customizable to suit your  preferences and objectives. From themed paintings to tailored activities, we ensure that every session is designed to meet your specific goals. No prior painting experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to unleash your inner artist!

Group classes book fast. Plan early when preparing to book an event. We’re happy to help you host:

What comes with a private event at W.O.W. Paint & Party other than fun?  

  • Maximum of 3 hours
  • 1.5 hours of painting
  • Choice of one of the games (Friendly Feud, Music Bingo, Karaoke, Trivia)  AND choice of pool or air hockey.        ***for kids – Cash Cube, bracelet making***
  • Use of selfie photo booth
  • Optional – Pool table – $40 total extra fee if air hockey chosen with choice of games (adults only)
  • Optional – Air hockey – $40 total extra fee if pool chosen with choice of games
  • Optional – 360-photo booth – $50 total extra fee

Guests may bring in food and beverages for the event. Guest may decorate tables for the event.

Please note: Private events may be booked for a maximum of three (3) hours and a maximum of 24 people.

  • You must book for a minimum of 10 people 14 days prior to the event.
  • A deposit for the cost of 10 people must be made by a single payer 14 days prior to the event.
  • There is a 50% refund for cancellations made within 5 days of booking the event. No refunds given after 5 days of booking the event.
  • Private events must be paid by a single payer.
  • For a children’s party (ages 5 to 17), you may have 3 chaperones at no cost. The chaperones’ role is to setup, decorate, and supervise guests.  All other guests (children and adults) must be paid attendees with a booked seat. 
  • Cost for an Adult Private Event – $45 per person
  • Cost for a Children’s Private Event – $35 per person
